When a minipump is in the compression phase of its stroke, it pumps with high pressure but at a very low volume. When it's extended, it pumps at high volume, but low pressure. The Samurai gives you both at once. With its special double barrel system you can start with both barrels pumping to get the tire up to volume, then lock in to the specialized high-pressure single-barrel mode to get the tire up to pressure. This system is not just clever, but it makes the often-arduous task of roadside flat fixing easy and painless. (Or at least, a little less painful.)
